My Ultimate Packing List for Korea

Dear Future Expat,

This was my packing list for my move to South Korea.

For reference, I filled two large suitcases and two carry-ons (a backpack and a small duffle bag).

I consider myself to be a pretty experienced traveler, having been on plenty of flights. So, my list is based on experiences I’ve had while flying and traveling. It may seem extensive or long, but, take what you think you will need from this list and drop what you don’t.

I hope that my list can give you some ideas for what you want pack. Especially if you’re an unexperienced traveler, or if this is your first long haul trip, or even your first flight in general.

If I packed the item in my carry-on, I’ll also put an asterisk (*) next to it on the list.
